MATERIAL INTEGRITY

Architectural Substrates

We source only premium-grade core materials, from multi-ply birch to refined MDF, paired with grain-matched hardwood veneers. Every panel is calibrated for thickness before machining.

Our edge-banding process uses high-pressure scraping and buffing units to guarantee that the seam between veneer and core is structurally permanent and visually seamless.
